Shipping & Processing

Please allow up to 2 business days for us to pack up your order and send your shipping confirmation! If you snagged something on pre-order, we’ll email you an estimated ship date as soon as we have one — and keep you posted once it’s on the move!

During big drops, packing times may take a little longer (4–6 business days), so thanks in advance for your patience 💌

PS just a heads up:
– We aren’t responsible for customs fees or delays on international orders.
– If your package gets returned due to customs issues, any extra fees will be the customer’s responsibility.
– Holiday orders may come with slightly higher shipping charges.

– Please make sure your shipping info is correct before submitting your order.

Return Policy

We currently offer store credit only—no refunds.

To be eligible:

• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging

• We do not accept returns on sale items or discounted orders

• Buyer is responsible for return shipping + must use a tracked method
